CDC regularly keeps in touch with HR specialists of different companies. Recently CDC has started to work closely with employers who sponsor employees to study at IIB-Ukraine. During the study CDC constantly communicates with HR specialists of sponsor companies and after the study it conducts and manages Employer survey. This survey gathers information about the results of the study, skills development, promotion received and effectiveness of performed duties.

Open Door Days

Many academic programmes at IIB are designed specifically for those who wish to study on a part-time basis while maintaining their current job. If companies want to train its staff but they are not sure which course or program to choose, the IIB arranges Open Door Days where it offers advice to HR directors and managers on the range of options available for them in staff training, executive education and degree programmes
